At MUTAK, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please follow these guidelines for a smooth process.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Authorization required: Please contact us at support@mutaksafe.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item before returning.
  • Item condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, or products damaged by the customer are non-returnable.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a return: Contact us with the necessary photos and your order number. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days.
  2. Return shipping: Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Refund or exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Charges

  • Defective or incorrect items: Full refund.
  • Buyer’s change of mind: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. No restocking fee.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
